A construction magnate and over a dozen individuals have surrendered to authorities in connection with criminal negligence charges stemming from the collapse of a Bangkok high-rise building during an earthquake on March 28. Premchai Karnasuta, president of Italian-Thai Development Co, is among those who have turned themselves in. The charges are related to the company's potential role in the building's collapse.
