A construction magnate and over a dozen individuals have surrendered to authorities in connection with criminal negligence charges related to the collapse of a high-rise building in Bangkok during an earthquake on March 28. Premchai Karnasuta, the president of Italian-Thai Development Co, is among those who have turned themselves in. The charges stem from the building's collapse, which occurred as a result of the earthquake.
