A prominent construction executive and over a dozen individuals have turned themselves in to authorities in connection with criminal negligence charges stemming from the collapse of a high-rise building in Bangkok during an earthquake on March 28. Premchai Karnasuta, president of Italian-Thai Development Co, is among those who have surrendered to police.
